Good afternoon,

Well, it seems I am back at my old URL with a new WordPress site.  I wasn’t exactly sure how to go about creating my own blog.  I tried Joomla! and Drupal, but was not impressed with either of these.  I wanted a simple blog, not a web portal.  When it was suggested that I try WordPress by my friend Jen from redheaddesign.net and I really liked it.  It was easy to create a simple theme based on the default, and here you are.  My booger green theme is in effect.  Not sure how long that will stick around (no pun intended) because I also received some noob design help with WordPress that might make me want to redo this again.   I have my email blogging set up, and I am ready to make posts, so, let the posting begin.
